In late September 2015, CSSconf EU will unite the international CSS community in Berlin, Germany. This is your chance to meet top-notch engineers & web designers, world-class speakers, and many more with an affinity for CSS. A one-day, one-track conference, CSSconf EU 2015 is on a mission to continue last year’s amazing community experience.
CSSconf EU 2015 is SOLD OUT. We'll make sure to announce on twitter if anyone has a spare ticket to sell.
CSSconf EU will take place on September 26, 2015 in Berlin, offering a day packed with inspiring and insightful talks and time well spent in the company of great people. We're really excited about our line-up and we can't wait to see them all on stage! Here's how it'll all play out, a.k.a our schedule.
The industrial building of Radialsystem V creates the perfect setting for a great day: located in the heart of Berlin, right next to the river Spree, our venue is very close to hotels, restaurants, nightlife, and the buzzing Mitte, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain districts.
Our chefs and coffee specialists will make sure you don't go hungry or run the risk of low caffeination throughout the day. You can expect a light breakfast, healthy lunch with various options, and streetfood-style dinner. All meals will include vegetarian and vegan options.
Berlin has two airports, both are located close to the city center, a 30-minute taxi ride from the venue (ca. EUR 30). There are also trains and buses that connect the airports to Berlin Ostbahnhof station, which is only a 5 minute walk to the venue.
The venue is located on the bank of the Spree River, just across the street from Berlin Ostbahnhof. As a major train station in the city, Ostbahnhof is easily accessible and can be reached with the S-Bahn, by bus, and by local and express trains.
There are various mobile apps to help you navigate Berlin:
Just add Holzmarktstraße 33, 10243 Berlin as your destination and these tools will help you find your way to RADIALSYSTEM V.
The compound of RADIALSYSTEM V includes two parking spaces for the disabled. Additional parking is available at the train station Berlin Ostbahnhof. Here’s a list of all covered car parks in Berlin.
Various suppliers for car sharing in Berlin give you the opportunity to pick up cars (they have an app for that) and drop them off (mostly) wherever you want. The best-known are DriveNow, Car2Go and Multicity. Please beware that the registration process may take some time and all companies require registration fees, so it may be only worth it if you’re planning a longer stay in town.

What would a great day be if it didn't end in celebration! Here's what we have planned:
Around 7pm, after the talks have ended and the big family photo has been taken, we’ll come together for food, drinks and, most importantly, to talk and discuss the events of the day with fellow CSSconf EU attendees. We’ll serve a streetfood-style dinner and snacks, including tasty vegan and vegetarian options, to keep you sated.
The party will also take place at the conference venue, RADIALSYSTEM V, so there'll be no long walks from dinner to drinks to party. Friends, family and the community are also welcome to join us, provided they present a party ticket at the door. Party tickets can be purchased here.
For attendees of CSSconf EU, JSConf EU, and RejectJS access to the above is included in the conference ticket! If you're not attending the events, but would like to come along to the above gatherings, you can purchase designated Party tickets:
CSSconf EU is one of the core events of wwwtf.berlin: an entire week celebrating the web, including hackathos, workshops, and social events. Here are our favourites and recommendations:
